Due to the nature of our products, Ridinfresh does not accept returns on open-box products. Parts may be returned only if they are in their original packaging and unopened. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. Please be advised that any free shipping promotions used on the original order will be forfeited if the order is returned and the original shipping costs (paid or unpaid) will also be deducted from the refundable amount. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box for a proper return. Returns made without a RMA number will result in lost of product and refund. Please allow 2-4 business days for your RMA request to be reviewed. We are not responsible for return postage unless the return is required due to our mistake.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our location. However, if the exchange is necessary because of our mistake, we will cover all shipping charges involved. Free shipping coupons are not valid on any exchange.
Please refer to the products listing page for specific warranty information, as it varies depending on the parts purchased. Warranty claims will have to be made within the specified warranty time frame for the part. All warranties are non-transferrable and are only applicable to the original purchaser. Once we have clearly identified which component failed, you may or may not have to return it to us for a replacement. To identify the failed component, some parts can simply be switched to the other side of vehicle to see if the problem follows. You may be asked to send in images with the wires on the part cut along with serial number and Ridinfresh tag’s visible. A new part will be issued, generally within 1-3 business days. We will replace the dead bulb alone, if time of failure is within warranty period. No refunds or credit will be issued in lieu of replacements.
